The aim of this blog is to help the OUM students who are undergoing this course. They are to submit their proposal at the end of the course . I will put up the materials relevant to the writing of the proposal. There are some sources from the net which I will not linked but instead will copy and paste them here. The reason being space constraint and also the source might not be available in the future. However, I will ensure the source url will be shown. I hope this blog will be of some use to the students.
